We run no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. Everything below is either strictly necessary to sign you in, or optional analytics you can decline without losing any functionality.
02Strictly necessary
These cannot be switched off, because without them you cannot sign in or stay signed in.
- Session token — keeps you authenticated between page loads. Expires when the session ends or you sign out.
- CSRF token — protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery. Session lifetime.
- Load balancing — routes your requests to a consistent backend. Session lifetime.
- Consent record — remembers your choice about optional cookies so we stop asking. 12 months.
03Functional
These remember your preferences. Declining them means the interface resets to defaults each visit.
- Theme and layout — dark or light, table density, column widths. 12 months.
- Draft state — keeps an in-progress form recoverable if your browser closes mid-entry. Cleared on submission.
04Analytics
Optional, and off until you accept. We use them to see which features are used and where people get stuck.
- Product analytics — a pseudonymous identifier, pages visited, features used. IP addresses are truncated before storage. 12 months.
- Error monitoring — captures stack traces when something breaks, so we can fix it. 90 days.
We do not sell or share this data, and it is not used for advertising.
05Managing your choices
Set your preference in the cookie banner on first visit, or change it any time from Settings → Privacy.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of analytics.
07Changes and contact
