Acceptable Use Policy

01Scope

This policy applies to everyone who accesses the Service, including your employees, subcontractors and anyone using your API credentials. Violations may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.

02Documentation integrity

You must not use the Service to create, alter or export documentation that misrepresents work performed. Specifically, you must not:

• Record test results for tests that were not performed.
• Alter measured values to make a failing device pass.
• Sign off as a person other than yourself, or apply another person's credentials.
• Backdate a test cycle to misrepresent when work occurred.
• Reuse one device's readings across devices that were not individually tested.
• Present the Service's automated extraction as an independent inspection or certification.

Test records carry an immutable audit trail. Where we have credible evidence of falsified safety documentation, we will terminate access, and we may notify the affected party or a regulator where law or safety requires it.

03Platform integrity

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
• Circumvent authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits or usage allowances.
• Access another organisation's data, or attempt to.
• Use automated means to scrape the Service beyond the documented API.
• Run load or stress testing against production.

Security researchers acting in good faith should see the disclosure process on the Security & Data page. We will not pursue good-faith research that follows it.

04Commercial restrictions

• Do not resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
• Do not share a seat between people concurrently.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing product.
• Do not use our marks or output to imply endorsement or certification by us or by NETA.

05Content restrictions

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you lack the right to process. Do not upload classified material or anything subject to export control you are not authorised to transfer. Do not upload personal information beyond what the documentation genuinely requires.

06Fair use of AI allowances

Plans include a monthly AI-processing allowance sized for normal contracting workloads. Do not batch-submit unrelated material, script requests to exhaust an allowance, or pool one seat's allowance across a team. If you need higher volume, talk to us — there is a plan for it.

07Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected violations to legal@rmsautomation.com.

Our response is proportionate: usually a warning and a chance to fix it. For severe violations — falsified safety documentation, security attacks, unlawful content — we suspend immediately and investigate afterwards.
